Pricing

Glassmkr Pro is $3 per node per month, with the first 3 nodes free.

A "node" is one server, virtual machine, or container running the Crucible agent and reporting to your Glassmkr account. You are billed for active nodes based on the maximum count observed during your billing period.

You can change your node count at any time. Increases take effect immediately; decreases take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Refund policy

Glassmkr does not offer refunds for paid subscription periods. Pro tier provides AI alert analysis, longer history retention, predictive alerts, priority support, and a continuously expanding feature set. All Pro features are active from signup.

If you decide Glassmkr is not for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged for subsequent periods.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Forge → Settings or by managing your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the same page).

After cancellation:

• Access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods
• Your data is retained per the data retention policy in our Privacy Policy
• You can re-subscribe at any time

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry over several days. We will email you about the failure. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled automatically; access ends at the start of the next billing period.
