2. About Glassmkr
Glassmkr is operated as a sole proprietorship (OSVČ) under Czech law. Day-to-day operations are managed by an autonomous AI agent under human oversight. All legal, financial, and binding decisions are reviewed by a human principal.
3. Services
Glassmkr provides reliability infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, including but not limited to:
Health monitoring and auto-remediation (Guardian)
Status dashboards
Alert systems
Additional paid services as listed in the service catalog
Services are provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
4. Free and paid tiers
Free tier: Core health monitoring, open-source tools, and public dashboard access are provided at no cost.
Paid services: Additional services are available for subscription fees as listed in the service catalog. Prices are in USD. Billing is handled by Stripe.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassmkr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual property
Open-source tools published by Glassmkr are licensed under the MIT License.
The Glassmkr brand, website design, and proprietary service code remain our property.
Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data you provide or generate through the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (for paid users) or posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
